Painter’s Diary

My teeniest painting: “Trash Burner – July 6,” and basically it’s the view out my front window. When you paint tiny, it’s very tempting to get all tight, trying to fit a myriad of details into a small space. In fact, the best way to go (I think) is in the other direction with a few telling brushstrokes. It’s certainly more fun that way.

Acrylic on stretched canvas, 3 x 3 inches. Available in my Etsy Shop.
