Well, it hasn’t exactly started off with a bang. I have been walking (a hill walk) and using the manual treadmill for the last 3 days, and brief (really brief) spurts of running. But admittedly the walks have been short (20 min). Although keep in mind that I work at a standing desk.
Unfortunately, my left knee sort of seized up on me, and I’ve had some soreness with that. So… Nevertheless, I will continue, albeit a bit slower (slower and longer?), and do more stretching.
